Welcome to Mrs. Andrews' Online Art Room!
This site is designed to be used in multiple ways. First, there are several specific assignments for students in different grades that can be found on the Projects page. This is the page where teachers can find links to full lesson plans, including objectives, procedures, video demonstrations and student examples.
In addition to being used for sharing classroom assignments, this site will also be a resource for students and other individuals to use to help them with independent learning of different techniques, tools and materials. The Media/Material page offers resources sorted by media or material for students interested in learning how to use a specific material/media. The Art Around the World page offers resources to learn about art from different geographic locations, art history and cultural art.
Most of the videos can be used as stand-alone resources that demonstrate a technique, process or skill. However, the Projects page is designed to focus student learning to direct them to certain resources that will guide them to master specific standards.
All videos used on this site were either created by Mrs. Andrews or were found on YouTube and are linked to their original source.
